The Apprentice Finale 2010

What Is the Apprentice?

Donald Trump, one of America's best known businessman, hosts the reality show, The Apprentice, which was created by Survivor producer Mark Burnett and airs weekly on NBC.

The idea each season is to gather a group of contestants, with diverse backgrounds and abilities, and have them compete through a variety of tasks to see who can stand in the end and "win" a contract with Trump.

Each week, viewers at home watch another contestant hear, "You're fired," during a dramatic boardroom where Donald Trump and his two sidekicks lay it all out for the potential employees.

This season has quickly flown by, and on Thursday, December 9th, 2010, we can finally hear Trump declare:

"You're hired."

List Price: $24.98

Who Will Win?

The tenth season was full of people who have suffered because of our unfortunate economy, with the theme being "second chances."

Either way, both finalists, Clint and Brandy, have won attention from across the US and certainly throughout Trump's contacts.

Clint Robertson, from Fort Worth, Texas, has a wife and three sons.  Career wise, Clint was a certified public accountant, real estate agent and developer.  For his final task on The Apprentice, he must organize a Liza Minnelli concert, with support from former contestants, Mahsa, Steuart and Poppy.

Brandy Kuentzel, although younger than Clint, has begun a career for herself as well as a corporate attorney.  From San Francisco, California, Brandy is also a vegetarian and supporter of animal rights.  For her final task, Brandy must organize a Trump National Golf Tournment, with help from Anand, Stephanie and Liza.

I must first admit, I like both finalists this season, which doesn't usually happen.

If I were Clint, and I discovered that Liza Minnelli's name was spelled wrong on my posters, OR if I were Brandy and learned that Trump wanted to golf with one of my three team members (leaving me with only two), I would probably be freaking out...

There appears to be a lot of curveballs being thrown, but I will give my opinion tonight.  Right here.  I feel the winner should, and will, be Clint.

Find out if I'm right this Thursday!

I have a serious problem with the winner of this years apprentice. I thought that Clint was a much more valuable candiate than Brandi! My husband and I both felt like his task was much harder than brandi's. She did not even get Kathy Griffth or the correct prizes for her part of this task! What was Donald Trump thinking? In all the years of watching the apprentice we have agreed with Mr. Trumps decision but this year we thought he was way off! I hope that many doors open for clint and that Mr. Trump closes the door on Brandi! She is not quality material for Mr. Trump!

i was a fan and i have watched every show, i always said that donald was my hero, but that has changed. what did brandi do that was better than clint(NOTHING) CLINT WAS BY FAR THE BETTER PERSON, HIS TASK WAS HARDER AND EVERY THING LOOKED BEAUTIFUL. BRANDI MADE SO MANY MISTAKES, SHE COULDN'T FIX THE TEAMS, LEAVING ONE TEAM WITH ONLY 3 PLAYERS. THE GIFTS WERE TERRIBLE, THE WINNERS DID NOT TAKE THEIR GIFTS WITH THEM, I DID NOT SEE ANYTHING SHE DID RIGHT. BUT A YOUNG PRETTY GIRL. SOFT SPOKEN, REALLY TURN YOUR HEAD, DONALD OH DONALD! WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU , I WILL NOT BE WATCHING YOUR SHOW, I DON'T WANT TO WATCH A SHOW WERE YOU PICK SOMEONE BECAUSE OF LOOKS, ANYBODY CAN SEE THAT CLINT WAS THE BEST IN EVERY TASK. AND I THINK THIS WILL MAKE YOUR RATING GO DOWN

What I liked about Brady is that she asked to work with the next generation of Trumps. The new guard. I'm not sure if that finalized the Donald's vote or not, but it was something we hadn't heard before. Clint will do just fine, much like the second place winners for American Idol do. :)

Brandi played a smart game and Trump saw it. Unlike Clint she was modest and she didn't bitch about anyone in the solo interviews. She didn't once attack any one else to stay in the game but she picked the right moment to bring down the one person she wanted to get rid of. Her spiel about wanting to be part of the next generation of the Trump Corp yada yada was the icing on the cake. If Trump was asking himself which candidate would be a classier ambassador for Trump, then Brandi wins hands down.

That said, I agree that Clint was the overall better candidate. It wouldn't surprise me if Trump offers him a job a little way down the line. It wouldn't be the first time it's happened.
